Fredrick O. Stanley

Proprietor and Principal Consultant

Fredrick Stanley possesses more than twenty years of experience within the education industry. Starting as an Educational Specialist within the federal Talent Search program at the College of Lake County in Grayslake, Illinois, Fredrick has risen the ranks as a classroom instructor (English, Social Science, and GED), an administrator, a program evaluator, and a consultant within both K-12 and post-secondary environments. Specializing in Adult Education and Career and Technical Education (CTE), Fredrick has served within the states of California, Georgia, and Illinois.

Major focal points are comprehensive equity-focused program reviews; programmatic planning, implementation and evaluation; grant budget development; and training initiatives among faculty, staff, and administrators. In addition to conjoining workforce, adult education, and CTE efforts for maximum impact and outcomes, Fredrick's abridged list of work includes:
